Our mission is to help people connect with each other and build more effective relationships through the application and understanding of personality type.  We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC) tools to help accomplish this mission.  We believe that understanding personality type improves the performance of people of all ages including teachers, students, church leadership teams, and corporate teams.
